NTAS – Quality System

The ISO 9000 family of standards is related to quality management systems designed to help organisations like NTAS ensure that they meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders while meeting statutory and regulatory requirements related to our aircraft charter business activities.

A number of internal and external reviews of the Northern Territory Air Services Quality System have identified significant improvements and benefits for the companies ISO 9001 system.

It is acknowledged by NTAS Directors that proper quality management improves business, end product standard, customer satisfaction and often having a positive effect on investment, market share, sales growth, competitive advantage, and avoidance of non conformance of service standards.
