This is one of many waterfall paths down the side of Uluru. The black colour is algae from the rainwater. Many of these waterfalls end in water holes, particularly after the rains.

Tourism NT recently hosted a very unique social media campaign, Australia’s first EVER ‘Hypermeet’.
To kickstart our Hypermeet, a public Instameet was held at Anzac Hill in Alice Springs. A particularly local flavour was added with the attendance of some wildlife from Alice Springs Desert Park, didgeridoo performer and Australiana-themed catering.

Visit Northern Territory’s Aboriginal art capital during the Desert Mob Festival to celebrate Aboriginal culture. The annual event runs for a fortnight and sees Aboriginal artists come together to display their best works including Aboriginal dot painting on canvas or bark, beanies, baskets and bush toys.
